When using Acrobat Reader DC, choose the file you want from the link(s) below to download it/them. Some of the .pdf files will have highlighted form boxes. If the file does not have highlighted form boxes, here is what you do in Acrobat Reader DC: Once downloaded, you can open the .pdf file. Click on Tools (up on the left)> Fill & Sign (on the right side bar that appears). Place the cursor and begin typing your text. Remember to “Save as…” (this is renaming the file) so that you don’t have to keep downloading a blank form. This also helps you to build your case files digitally.
