In accordance with Article 8 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement the 2019 December Penalty Overtime Exclusion Period which consists of 4 consecutive service weeks has been identified as:
Commencing Pay Period 25-2019, Week 2 (November 30, 2019), and Ending Pay Period 1-2020, week 1 (December 27, 2019).
