Please download the attached notification to APWU Headquarters regarding the Flexible Spending Account rollover. The APWU was notified in November 2025 regarding a change of FSA administrator. This notification received July, 22nd, 2024 indicates that each employee that was enrolled in the FSAFEDS with unused funds and has enrolled in the Inspira FSA program will have those unused funds, not to exceed the $640.00 IRS limit, automatically credited to the Inspira Financial 2025 FSA account. The Postal Service will be mailing each employee actively enrolled in the Inspira Financial 2025 FSA plan that had unused funds.
